A comprehensive day learning ‘The Academy of Cheese’ way!
In depth, you will learn about milk, storage and processing, how to make, mature and sample (over 12 types) a wide variety of cheese. You will fully understand the AoC structured approach of tasting cheese and understand subtle complexities of flavour.
All refreshments provided, including a tasty homemade lunch. We’ll also make a batch of halloumi and mozzarella, with goodie bags taken home.
