Hands-on Halloumi and Mozzarella OXFORD

I am delighted to teach this session at the newly opened Jericho Kitchen Cookery School on the Nuneham Estate, Oxford.

Working in pairs, you will make halloumi and mozzarella cheese, Louise will also demonstrate how to make mascarpone and butter.

A delicious homemade lunch of quiche and salad will be served, the freshly made mascarpone enjoyed with either lemon cake or chocolate brownie and butter with crusty bread, Red/white wine wine/soft drinks.  Coffee available throughout the day also.

You will take home both the halloumi and mozzarella you’ve made.

Cheese Making kits (£30) will be available to purchase on the day.
