Milton Keynes, Part 2

During this half day course, working in pairs you’ll make camembert and feta. There will also be dems for ‘Boursin’ Blue cheese spread and ‘Baileys’ Irish cream. You’ll each take home x2 tubs of camembert and a block of feta to ripen and mature over the coming weeks.
Could EACH student please bring a CLEAN 5 litre saucepan and please note the slight increase in price (discounted) to allow for cost of milk, tubs and cultures. Payment will need to be made via BACS as this is a one off price.
