Working in pairs you’ll make camembert and feta cheese. There will also be dems for ‘Boursin’ blue cheese spread and ‘Baileys’ Irish cream. You’ll each take home x2 tubs of camembert and a block of feta to ripen and mature over the coming weeks.
Could EACH student please bring a CLEAN 5 litre saucepan and please note the increase in price (discounted) to allow for cost of milk, tubs and cultures. Payment will need to be made via BACS as this is a one-off price.
LUNCH WILL ALSO BE SERVED, WITH PAYMENT OF £12.50 MADE DIRECTLY TO CLAVELSHAY BARN PLEASE.
