Working in pairs you’ll make camembert and feta – taking each home to mature and ripen over the next few weeks.
There’ll be demonstrations of how to make Labneh, then this will be used in a delicious Boursin Blue Cheese spread and you’ll be sent home after sampling homemade Baileys Irish Cream!
Lunch included and a slight increase in cost to allow for culture, extra milk and mould purchases.
