Last weeks session was fully booked, so I’ve added this one – still time for these to be enjoyed at Christmas!
My version of ‘Stir up Sunday’, as during this Zoom online session we’ll make your very own camemberts perfectly mature in time for the Christmas cheeseboard … or gifts if you can bare to give them away!
The standard fee of £25 will apply, there will also be an additional charge of £10 to cover moulds, cultures, cheese mat, post etc. Recipe and equipment list will be emailed prior to session commencing. Please note, we’ll dip in and out of this session over 2-3 hours to allow for ripening etc.
