Zoom Camembert for Easter!

How dreamy to be sitting in warming spring sun over Easter, sharing with friends and family your own delicious camembert! Can’t guarantee the weather, but I can assure you you’ll love the cheese!
During this 3 hour session, Louise will work with you to produce x4 camemberts which will develop a beautiful furry skin over the next 3 weeks. You’ll learn the science behind turning milk into cheese and pick up lots of tips and tricks too. You will be emailed an equipment list and recipe and the Zoom link the week before.
Course cost is £25 + £10 materials/post. Materials include moulds, cultures, cheese mat, c/c, rennet and cheese cloth. Please note, we will dip in and out of this session over the 3 hours.
Suitable for first time cheesemakers.
